My dad's a "real wood or nothing" kinda guy, and even he said, "That's a nice table." Feels solid, not hollow. No weird wobble. And it doesn't smell like cheap varnish either, which is a plus.

We use it near the front door to drop keys, mail, and sometimes groceries. It handles it all well and still looks sharp.
