I like the quality of the wood. Chairs are nice and sturdy. However, the table is very short. How may I receive a taller base!

I’ll start with the bad, I know the material of this table won’t hold up. I wish the top had a polyurethane finish (or a resin topper) to avoid scratches, chips & water stains. Other than that, it’s beautiful & the chairs are comfortable.
This table is completely gorgeous. The size is perfect and easily fits 6 large dining chairs (8 smaller). The color is so pretty and the wood grain is so detailed. It feels so sturdy and high end. Love it!

The chairs are sturdy and comfortable, but the color is more yellow than it appears in the pictures online. It is probably the lighting, but as someone who uses lots of warm lighting with other true whites in my space, the yellow in these chairs feels obvious and out of place. Great chairs! Just wasn't expecting the yellow to be so prominent. Very much still qualifies as an off-white though.
I don’t know if I love it because the chairs were missing the hardware. I immediately emailed them and waited through the weekend to hear back. Thanksgiving was days away and my family and I would have loved to celebrate at our new house with our new table. I asked them to overnight the bolts so we could put the chairs together before then and they told me it was busy season so they would t do that. I don’t know why a company wouldn’t have some sympathy and do the easy thing that would have made this a 5 star review. As a business owner myself I would have made this right no matter if the bolts fell out of the box or they weren’t put in at all. Repeat customers and word of mouth are so important. It’s now 2 days after thanksgiving and they still haven’t shipped according to the tracking number. At this rate it will be Christmas before ai have chairs.
The chairs were easy to assemble. However they were wobbly. I had to add a felt piece to one of the legs in order to make it stable.

I bought the chenille oatmeal and love them especially for the price. They move so easily and look great with my round table.
These bar stools are beautiful once the set up is complete. They’re sturdy as well. The only negative is unwrapping as it is time consuming.
With velvet chairs, stitching is always a problem. After sending back chairs to 3 different companies, I decided to try the new Pop Maison New York counter stool. Wow!!! I could not believe the exceptional quality and sturdiness!!! And for a great price 👍
