The chair legs look like solid wood, but they are actually metal. I ended up getting the matching bar stools too, so now my dining room and kitchen look coordinated. The table is exactly how it is described, really sturdy and big enough. Easily fits 5 or more chairs if you need to. Happy with them.

I was eager to purchase the dwen table set and I hesitated for a long time between the ones in Grasse and Nice. I'm really into this rattan - back design, which is fit for my bohemian style dining space.I decided on this one due to its broader backrest finally. The rattan isn't real, it might be more durable, or so I believe. The table is classic sturdy. Hope I can use this set for a really long time.
The chairs match the table perfectly. The whole set is really worth buying. I love the chairs most. The rattan back is not made of real rattan; it's plastic. If you have children, I would recommend these chairs because they are easier to maintain and not easy to be scratched.
